Return and Exchange Policy
Canceling an Order:
Most dolls are pre - ordered and custom - made products. Orders cannot be canceled and refunds will not be issued. If the order is canceled and refunded due to the seller's reasons, a full refund will be provided. However, if the customer requests to cancel the order or return the product due to personal reasons, a corresponding penalty will be deducted according to the actual situation, and the customer shall bear the relevant payment handling fees. Please place your order carefully.
Returns/Exchanges due to Defective Products:
If you find a defect in the product after receiving it, you must apply through the online customer service within 7 days. Once the product is determined to be defective, you need to return it as instructed by the customer service. All products (instruction manuals, decorations and all components) must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Returns/Exchanges due to Personal Reasons:
The customer shall bear any handling fees incurred during the order payment, cancellation and refund process. Moreover, the refund amount may vary according to the current exchange rate.
If it is a pre - ordered product, you can discuss with us to change the order content or cancel the order before the production starts, but a certain percentage (30%) of the penalty will be deducted. Once the production starts, due to factors such as raw material procurement and the start of the production process, we will not be able to accept requests for order changes or cancellations, and the payment will not be refunded.
If it is an in-stock product, if you request a return before the product is shipped, a certain percentage (30%) of the penalty and the relevant payment cancellation handling fees will be deducted. Returns and exchanges are not supported after the product is shipped if there are no quality issues.
